• Alon Ironi, CEO & President (Co-founder)
    Formerly CEO of Emblaze Semiconductor Ltd., Entrepreneur in Residence at Concord VC, General Manager of Zoran Israel and VP Engineering of Zoran Corporation, in charge of the overall engineering activity of Zoran world wide. Mr. Ironi has 15 years of experience in fabless IC management, product roadmap definition and strategy, SoC architecture and design, building and maintaining commercial relationship with Asian customers, and more.
    Mr. Ironi is experienced in leading the entire activity of a fabless IC company, including building its vision, mission, strategy and daily tactics and revenue generation. Mr. Ironi has proven records in building partnerships with market leaders (e.g., cell phone platform providers). Mr. Ironi holds a BSEE (Cum Laude) from the Technion and completed the MSEE program in Santa Clara University (CA, USA).
  • Hamutal Raab, COO (Co-founder)
    Formerly COO of Emblaze Semiconductor Ltd., VP Operations of Lenslet Labs, and VP Human Resources of Zoran Corporation. In Emblaze Semiconductor Mrs. Raab was responsible for IC manufacturing, building and maintaining close relationship with leading ASIC vendors and assembly houses, and also in charge of evaluation and reference board manufacturing. Mrs. Raab was able to obtain extremely competitive silicon costs for the company, which resulted at highly competitive prices in the market. In addition, Mrs. Raab held the entire responsibility over the company's finance, legal, IT, HR and operations.
    Mrs. Raab holds BA (Summa Cum Laude) in Mathematics and Linguistics and MA (Cum Laude) in Linguistics from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
  • Roy Oren, CTO
    Mr. Oren joined Siano in October 2004 and served as Architecture and Algorithms manager. He assumed his current position in October 2007.
    From 2000 to 2004 Mr. Oren held key engineering positions in Tioga Technologies - a fabless semiconductor company which was later acquired by STMicroelectronics - developing xDSL and broadband aggregation chips. As part of his responsibilities, he served as system expert in charge of system design for DSL product line, and managed a DSL development project. Mr. Oren also served as Algorithm team leader at Orckit Communications - a leading provider of digital subscriber line (DSL) solutions.
    From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Oren served as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces, where he developed and managed a wide range of high-technology projects in computing and telecommunications.
    Mr. Oren holds a B.S.E.E Cum Laude from the Technion - Israel's Institute of Technology and an M.S.E.E from Tel Aviv University.
  • Lior Peleg, VP R&D
    Mr. Peleg was among the team that established Mysticom, a fabless IC maker of fast Ethernet solutions. His last role at Mysticom was director of IC engineering and product development, responsible for Mysticom's multi-gigabit Ethernet PHY products. Prior to his employment at Mysticom Mr. Peleg held several design & management positions at National Semi-Conductor.
    Mr Peleg holds an MBA ftom Heriot-Watt university (cum laude) and a BSEE from Tel-Aviv University (cum laude).
  • Amnon Harpak, Chief Engineer
    Ex-co-founder of Savan Communication, a fabless IC provider of xDSL solutions, which was acquired by Infineon in 2000. In Savan Mr. Harpak was system engineering and application group manager as well as R&D manager. Prior to Savan Mr. Harpak was a leading hardware and system engineer and a communications design expert at Nexus, Orckit and DSP Group. Mr. Harpak has more than 20 years of experience and expertise in various types of communications: VDSL modem, Error Correction, Synchronization, Channel Equalization, Echo Cancellation, etc. Mr. Harpak holds a BSEE from the Technion, Cum Laude.
  • Ronen Jashek, VP Marketing (Co-founder) Mr. Jashek was software leader of the DECT product line in DSPG, and software manager in ModemArt (acquired by Agere) and in Sensotech. Mr. Jashek has an excellent understanding of system-software architecture and trade-offs, and deep experience and understanding of channel coding, digital cordless phone, cellular baseband processors, Bluetooth modem chips, WCDMA and GSM/GPRS protocols. Mr. Jashek holds a BSc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Bar Ilan University, Cum Laude.
  • Loren Lasley, VP of Worldwide Sales
    Mr. Lasley brings to Siano Mobile Silicon over 14 years experience selling semiconductor and electronic components. Prior to joining Siano, Loren was the VP of Worldwide Sales for SyChip, Inc., purchased in 2006 by Murata Corporation.  Loren has held several industry positions in sales and sales management including Director of Sales for SyChip focusing on strategic OEM engagements, at Conexant Systems and at Wyle Electronics.
    Loren holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a B.S. in Political Science from Texas Christian University.
